This hotel has many enjoyable aspects, such as attentive staff and great entertainment options. However, there were some issues regarding false advertising as certain amenities were not available, which was disappointing. Although the food was generally good, I noted that it could have been more appealing for teenagers. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant experience, but improvements could be made in some areas.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The animation team kept everyone entertained with diverse activities and shows, and the food options were fantastic, especially the themed evenings. Although the beach area was beautiful, I wish there were some no-smoking zones to enhance the dining experience outdoors. Overall, great value for a fun family vacation.
